CAMPERS TRAIL
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Campers Trail is an access trail designed to consolidate users from the adjacent draws onto the Wolftone-Kelly Connector Trail. Running along the toe of a steep sagebrush hillside, this trail functions mainly as a point of access.
The 0.85 mile trail gradually gains and loses about 100’ of elevation as it traverses from the side canyons to the Wolftone-Connector Trail on the nose of the ridge.
The Camper’s Trail was constructed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Shoshone Field Office, in partnership with the Wood River Trails Coalition and Titus Trails. It was authorized by the BLM Wood River Valley Recreation and Access Decision Record. This trail is open to motorized users, Class 1, 2 & 3 e-bikes, mountain bikes, equestrians and hikers.

Trail Length: 0.85 miles one way
Elevation Gain: +115’, -130’
Trail Grade: average grade of 6% with sections approaching 18%
Users: Open to foot, mountain bike, equestrian and Class 1-3 e-bikes, and motorized users
Maintenance: Expect this trail to have a 24” tread width to achieve a classic single track feel
