Hybrid Trail Crew Lead (CLick here to read full job description):

We’re hiring a crew leader for our 2025 Hybrid Trail Crew. This crew will spend the majority of their time working with the USFS Ketchum Ranger District Trail crew but will also work with other local Land Managers throughout the season. This position will work with and manage a crew doing basic annual maintenance such as brushing, log out and cleaning drains, assisting with trail projects and front country recreation duties. As the crew lead this position will also help coordinate projects, plan schedules and be the main point of contact between WRTC and project partners. This position is seasonal, pays $21- $24 an hour (GS 7 equivalent), benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 100% employer paid health insurance and is eligible for Per Diem and OT.

We’re hiring crew members for our 2025 Hybrid Trail Crew.
