Membership questions
Making changes to your membership
If you would like to make changes, such as update a credit card or change your donation amount for your recurring membership, you can do so here: https://donorbox.org/user_session/new.
What does it mean to be a member versus a donor?
A member gives on a recurring basis (annual or monthly), whereas a donor gives once or occasionally. Memberships (as opposed to one-time donations) are incredibly valuable because they provide a reliable, continuous funding stream we can count on, allowing for better planning and budgeting.
