WE’re Hiring - Development Director

Are you passionate about the outdoors and want to work with our trail community? Are you motivated to help donors align their giving with their values?

We are looking for an experienced development professional to lead our fundraising program and help us continue to grow our impact. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build a strong foundation for the organization and has the skills  to make ideas reality. We intend for this position, and salary, to grow with the organization.

This is a year round, full-time (35 hrs/week), exempt position with flexible hours. We are open to creative ways to accommodate the right candidate.  

Starts at $65,000/year. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays and 100% employer-paid health insurance. We will be implementing a SIMPLE IRA benefit for full-time employees within the next three months.
