We are partnering with Sturtevants to offer the valley a Women’s Only Trail Work Night! Bring a friend or two and come get dusty with us the evening of July 8th! Food and beverages provided. 

Where: Greenhorn Gulch Trailhead

When: Thursday July 8th, 5:30pm. 

Difficulty: Easy-Moderate.  ¼ mile hike into the worksite (up Cow Creek that parrells the fenceline from parking lot). There will be jobs for every ability-- digging with hand tools, moving soil, rolling rocks and brushing. 

Project Description: Last year we started rehabbing the braided sections of the east side of Cow Creek Trail #180. Our efforts were successful and we want to do more to keep the singletrack single! This volunteer event will focus on closing the user created alternate trails by moving rocks and digging some massive drains!

What to bring/wear: Please wear closed toe shoes and long pants.  A small pack is nice to have for water.
